Job summary

Caturus is seeking an experienced Contracts professional to support a major LNG development project. This role provides leadership and oversight of contract development, negotiation, and administration across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related construction field.
10+ years of contracts experience; LNG experience required.
Significant direct, on-site construction contract administration experience.

Responsibilities

Manage, review, and administer EPC, EPCM, and DB contracts for large-scale project scopes.
Support contract strategy, scope definition, and commercial structuring to align with project objectives.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Mentor contract management resources supporting project activities.
Support negotiation of major commercial agreements, including pricing structures.
