• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation ability.
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills; ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Position Summary: The Strategic Initiatives Office is seeking a highly capable Project Manager / Strategy professional to lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across a growing energy business. The role will span value creation, strategy execution, business transformation, and enterprise technology initiatives—from business case development and planning through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. This individual will serve as both a hands-on delivery leader and a strategic thought partner, translating executive priorities and ambiguous business challenges into structured workplans, driving alignment across functions, solving complex business problems, and developing fact-based recommendations for senior leadership. The role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence some of the company’s most important initiatives. The role has high visibility and access to the C-Suite.

Key Accountabilities:
