Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, private equity operations teams or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in financial/data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation ability.
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills; ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem definition through implementation and benefits realization.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders across seniority levels, translating goals into clear project plans.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal process reviews to identify growth or efficiency opportunities.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, presentations, and decision materials.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, resolve issues and dependencies, and manage competing priorities.
• Monitor outcomes post-implementation and adjust recommendations based on results.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently, prioritizing under pressure.
