Job summary

The Caturus Houston-based Administration team seeks a Manager, Strategic Delivery who will lead corporate and cross-functional workstreams to enable enterprise-wide operational readiness and integration planning across IT, HR, finance, procurement, safety, and security.

Reporting to the COO, this hands-on role requires self-direction in a lean environment as the company integrates its upstream and LNG businesses, balancing complex priorities with disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in integration planning, IT strategy, digital transformation, or operational program management (oil & gas preferred).
• Experience collaborating with IT, HR, finance, procurement, safety, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate and cross-functional workstreams to support enterprise-wide operational readiness.
• Own integration planning across IT, HR, finance, procurement, safety, and security.
• Coordinate with COO and field teams to align corporate and site readiness milestones.
• Identify integration risks and drive mitigation and compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for integration workstreams.
• Track progress against success metrics and surface risks to leadership.
• Adapt plans in response to technological change and evolving business needs.
