Job summary

CBTS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through closure. You will provide strategic direction, ensure risk management, and drive delivery excellence with governance and stakeholder alignment.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, design, QA, and operations teams, manage scope and schedules, and ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies, while mentoring junior staff and safeguarding

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to align business objectives with delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Define and manage project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Drives cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, architecture, design, QA, and operations teams.
• Establishes robust project governance frameworks, including status reporting and dashboards.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Fosters strong stakeholder engagement with senior leadership and client teams.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and quality benchmarks.
• Drives change management, release planning, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
