Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Director to join their Strategy and Execution team in San Francisco. The role involves leading operational projects with a focus on private equity portfolio companies in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector.

You will own project delivery, mentor staff, and build trust with senior stakeholders while helping clients execute strategic recommendations. Suitable candidates will have significant management consulting experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operating roles.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution projects.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Consultants, Senior Associates, and directors.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders and identify areas for business development.
