EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Telecommunications Private Equity Value Creation practice seeks a Director to lead end-to-end strategy and operational projects on behalf of PE-backed businesses. You’ll supervise teams, drive data-backed recommendations, and partner with clients to implement go-to-market, pricing, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field and 5 years of related work experience.
• Graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience leading complex workstreams or full projects in a fast-paced client service environment.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics.
• Experience with Excel-based modeling and data-driven diagnostics.
• Proven success in building relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; executive-level presentations.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution projects, including scoping and planning.
• Supervise and mentor a team of junior consultants; guide problem-solving efforts.
• Analyze to identify root causes, quantify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate complex insights clearly.
• Translate strategy into implementation roadmaps and partner with clients.
• Contribute to proposals, client pitches, and relationship building with PE sponsors.
