Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology consulting, program delivery, or IT implementation.
- 5+ years in delivery leadership capacity.
- Experience with large-scale technology implementations in utilities domain would be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of FSM platform implementations, aligning with client objectives, scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain the program plan with milestones, dependencies, and resources.
- Govern delivery methodology (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Manage client relationships and executive reporting; resolve escalations and conflicts.
