Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing Field Service Management in utilities/energy.
• Proven track record leading complex FSM implementations and integrations with ERP/CRM/CIS/BI.
• Experience with web apps: XML, JSON, HTML5, Angular JS; cloud FSM platforms; cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of comprehensive FSM solutions for utilities/energy clients.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and ensure timelines.
• Engage with clients to translate requirements and present architecture decisions.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing FSM team.
