Job summary

Celerity Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and deployment of Field Service Management solutions for utilities and energy clients. The role requires mentoring a high-performing team and ensuring client requirements and industry best practices are met.

The position offers remote work with light travel as needed, and a compensation range of $165,000 to $185,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing Field Service Management or similar solutions.
• Significant focus on utilities and energy industries.
• Experience leading complex FSM implementations and integrations with ERP/CRM/CIS/BI/Datawarehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of FSM solutions tailored to utilities and energy sectors.
• Develop architectural blueprints for integrations and data flows.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight during implementation.
