Job summary

Celerity Consulting Group is seeking a Delivery Lead/Manager with 10+ years in technology consulting and delivery leadership to own end-to-end FSM platform implementations in client environments. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across TPMs, Analysts, and Architects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires deep utilities domain knowledge, excellent communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technology consulting, program/project delivery, or IT implementation roles, with at least 5 years in a delivery leadership capacity.
Proven track record of leading complex implementation projects and integrating with ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, Datawarehouse stacks.
Utilities industry experience preferred, especially in field operations, asset management, or customer service.
Consulting background with client-facing program delivery experience.
Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
Leadership experience with talent development and team building.
Excellent project management skills: planning, execution, and risk management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to delegate, prioritize, and drive sprint deliverables.
Technical proficiency in system integration and data analytics.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of the FSM platform implementation.
Develop and maintain the overall program plan with milestones, dependencies, and resources.
Establish and govern delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate with solutions.
Manage project financials including budget tracking and forecasting.
Ensure change management and governance throughout the lifecycle.
Primary client contact for delivery matters; build senior stakeholder relationships.
Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
Manage client expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive resolution of escalations balancing client satisfaction with constraints.
Partner with Technical PM to align execution with milestones.
Collaborate with Senior BA to translate requirements into deliverables.
Work with Solution Architect to ensure scalable, integrated design.
Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional delivery teams.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance delivery culture across models.
Oversee FSM platform implementation phases (Salesforce Field Service, ServiceMax, etc.).
Ensure solutions address field operations use cases (work orders, scheduling, mobile workforce).
Coordinate integration with GIS, ERP, CRM, IoT, and billing systems.
Manage data migration, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
Ensure quality, risk, and regulatory compliance; security and data privacy.
Conduct quality audits and lessons-learned for continuous improvement.
