Job summary

Celerity Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead Field Service Management design for utilities and energy clients. Remote work with light travel may be required, and you will mentor a growing team to deliver best-in-class FSM solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of FSM implementations in utilities/energy.
• Experience integrating FSM with ERP/CRM/CIS/BI/Datawarehouse stacks.
• Web-based apps: XML, JSON, HTML5, AngularJS.
• Experience with cloud FSM platforms (Salesforce FC, Oracle FC, ServiceNow FSM, Click).
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Understanding of utility operations, asset management, regulatory compliance.
• Proven team-building and leadership experience.
• Excellent project management and risk handling.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of comprehensive FSM solutions for utilities/energy clients.
• Develop architectural blueprints detailing integrations and data flows.
• Ensure scalable, secure, standards-aligned architectures.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and ensure timelines.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and business analysts for delivery.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing project team.
• Present architectural decisions to clients with clear rationale.
• Identify process improvements to enhance delivery quality.
