Salesforce is seeking a Business Delivery Manager to orchestrate and deliver complex, cross-functional Prospect-to-Cash initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery, ensure cross-functional alignment, and translate strategy into executable plans across Strategy, Operations, Technology, and Data teams.

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and M&A teams to manage integrations, define governance, and measure business value from strategy through launch and stabilization.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading complex business transformation.
• Experience orchestrating initiatives across multiple business functions and executives.
• Knowledge of Prospect-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash processes and related systems.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integrations is preferred.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans.

Aufgaben

• Orchestrate end-to-end business delivery for complex, cross-functional P2C initiatives with clear outcomes and ownership.
• Maintain an integrated delivery view across business, product, technology, and data workstreams.
• Clarify scope, outcomes, decision rights, dependencies, and critical path for delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional forums to accelerate decisions and remove blockers.
• Identify risks, constraints, and readiness gaps; propose actionable mitigation plans.
• Establish delivery governance and operating rhythms based on initiative risk and importance.
• Link delivery with validation, UAT, change readiness, enablement, and adoption.
• Define success measures and business-value outcomes from value to launch and stabilization.
• Lead transition from program delivery to launch and business-as-usual ownership.
• Support integration milestones, including pre-close planning and Day 1 readiness.
