Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Business Delivery Manager in the United States to orchestrate and deliver complex, cross-functional Prospect-to-Cash initiatives. You will translate strategy into executable plans, align stakeholders, and drive delivery across business, product, and technology teams.

You will lead governance, readiness, and adoption efforts, ensure alignment with business value, manage risk, and partner with executives to realize measurable outcomes through launch and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex business transformation.
• Experience orchestrating initiatives involving multiple business functions, technology teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or similarly complex enterprise transformations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Prospect-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash processes, preferably through direct operational experience.
