Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Business Delivery Manager to orchestrate and deliver complex, cross-functional Prospect-to-Cash (P2C) initiatives. You will partner across business, product, technology, and operations to translate strategy into executable plans and ensure readiness for launch, stabilization, and adoption.

This role emphasizes governance, risk mitigation, and business validation, with a focus on M&A integration, pricing, and quote management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex business transformation, program delivery, business operations, or cross-functional change.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or similar enterprise transformations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Prospect-to-Cash processes and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end business delivery for complex, cross-functional P2C initiatives with clear outcomes and ownership.
• Establish an integrated delivery view across business, product, technology, process, data, readiness, validation, and activation workstreams.
• Drive clarity on scope, outcomes, dependencies, and critical path to ensure alignment and impact.
• Facilitate cross-functional forums to accelerate decisions, remove blockers, and manage risk.
• Identify delivery risks and readiness gaps, and propose actionable mitigation paths.
• Define delivery governance and operating rhythms based on initiative complexity and importance.
• Link delivery to business validation, UAT, change readiness, enablement, and adoption for launch readiness.
• Support leadership in defining success measures and realising business-value outcomes.
