• Facilitate cross-functional forums to accelerate decisions, remove blockers, and manage risk beyond status reporting.
• Identify delivery risks, capacity constraints, and readiness gaps; propose actionable recommendations and escalation paths.
• Define governance and operating rhythms based on initiative complexity and strategic importance; ensure readiness and adoption post-launch.
