Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex business transformation, program delivery, business operations, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional change.
• Demonstrated experience orchestrating initiatives across multiple functions, technology teams, executives, and dependencies.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or similar enterprise transformations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery for complex P2C initiatives, translating strategy into outcomes, milestones, ownership, and plans.
• Maintain an integrated delivery view across business, product, tech, data, and readiness workstreams.
• Clarify scope, outcomes, decision rights, dependencies, and critical path to ensure delivery alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional forums to accelerate decisions, resolve tradeoffs, and manage risk.
• Identify delivery risks and readiness gaps; propose actionable mitigation paths.
• Establish delivery governance and operating rhythms based on initiative complexity and impact.
• Connect delivery with validation, UAT, activation, adoption, and post-launch stabilization.
