Job summary

Priority Commerce is seeking a Delivery Lead for Enterprise Programs (EPMO) to steer the largest cross-functional delivery across ERP/CRM/HRIS and data platforms. This role is remote and reports to Head of EPMO, guiding a portfolio of enterprise programs and a core internal bench.

You will own intake, governance, and priority setting with business stakeholders, while coaching a team of senior practitioners to deliver on time, within budget, and with quality in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in program management with end-to-end CRM/ERP/HRIS deployments.
• Experience delivering where a business function owns the system.
• Vendor and systems integrator management on major deployments.
• People leadership with hands-on program management.
• Experience managing budgets and third-party spend on fixed budgets.
• Experience in regulated environments (SOC 2, PCI DSS).
• Executive-facing communication of delivery risk.
• Experience running intake and demand triage model.
• Experience leading internal shared services or enterprise architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or PMP certification (equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the largest enterprise program end-to-end from business case through go-live.
• Oversee PMOs and scale the team as portfolio grows.
• Own delivery standards, stage gates, testing, cutover, go-live readiness.
• Manage vendor and systems integrator delivery and performance.
• Develop relationships with Finance, Sales, HR and IT owners.
• Direct the internal delivery bench across infrastructure, data platform, and AI functions.
