Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Program Delivery Leader to guide its most complex professional services engagements across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy/Utilities, Retail and Consumer Goods. You will lead programs at our largest enterprise customers, shaping strategy, guiding the c-suite, and aligning executives on engagement outcomes.

The role emphasizes delivering measurable value, managing delivery with KPIs, partnering with Sales and Success teams, and driving a high-velocity, high-trust program

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and delivery experience leading multiple work-streams and/or large enterprise-scale program management experience.
• 5+ years implementing the Salesforce platform.
• A passion for Salesforce, our values, and especially the role the Salesforce delivery organization plays in our success.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive decision-makers and stakeholders to deliver success and business value.
• Coordinate with internal account teams to ensure alignment as One Salesforce.
• Drive engagement and strategy leveraging the multi-cloud platform.
• Build strategic and delivery roadmaps aligned with customer priorities and accelerate value.
• Develop KPIs to measure return, success, and initiative effectiveness.
• Coach and partner with customer executives and manage program risk.
