Job summary

EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead — Enterprise Programs to drive large-scale, multi-country initiatives across the US and Latin America. You will own end-to-end program delivery, governance, and coordination across IT, operations, and finance with skilled cross-functional teams.

You will lead migrations and multi-site rollouts, manage budgets and vendors, and champion change management in a bilingual, multinational environment, reporting to the Enterprise PMO Director.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management delivering large-scale integration, migration, or transformation programs.
• Experience leading enterprise platform implementations or migrations (ERP, HCM, financial systems, or similar).
• Experience managing multi-site technology rollouts across 50+ locations in retail or distributed operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs across IT, operations, and geographies.
• Establish and run program governance with steering committees and RAID management.
• Manage budgets, SOW governance, and vendor relationships; ensure milestones are met.
