Job summary

You will drive pursuit strategy, assist with business development, and mentor project managers and engineers, while coordinating staffing, schedules, and risk mitigation across pre- and post-award phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited program with 10 years related experience.
• 15 years of experience preferred in transportation design or design-build projects.
• Experience with proposal development, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.
• Experience working with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to present to clients and leadership.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• DBIA certification and PE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit and project execution activities for transportation alternate delivery.
• Develop pursuit strategy and support proposal preparation, interviews, and planning.
• Coordinate staffing and resource planning with leadership.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for pre- and post-award phases.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, engineers, and designers.
• Support business development with project owners and contractors.
