Job summary

You will mentor project managers and engineers, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to the growth of design-build capabilities in a top industry firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field; 10+ years in engineering, consulting, PM or alternate delivery.
• Experience managing complex transportation design or design-build projects.
• Strong collaboration, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence others and manage project execution activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adept with client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through pursuit and project execution activities.
• Manage design efforts for alternate delivery pursuits and active projects.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, engineers and design professionals.
• Ensure compliance with company quality control procedures and standards.
• Support business development and industry engagement activities.
