Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with US Air Force requirements. You’ll support trials, demonstrations, and tactical networking projects, reporting to Applications Engineering.

Occasional travel and a strong technical baseline are essential. Alternatively, a 100% remote option may be available depending on location, with a close collaboration to the BD and engineering teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Network Engineering or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communication systems.
• Basic familiarity with RF test equipment and lab tools.
• Security Clearance: Government SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsabilidades

• Support technical planning, network configuration, and field trials.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to benchmark data and validate architectures.
• Align with Business Development on strategic priorities and customer needs.
• Build and present technical demos for airborne, edge, and base networking.
