Job summary

Raytheon seeks a skilled Program Cost Controls professional to support the ESSM production contract. You will forecast financials, analyze risks, and work with program management, engineering, and supply chain to drive accuracy and accountability.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in ERP systems (SAP), advanced Excel techniques, and the ability to communicate findings to executives in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience interfacing with a matrix organization across contracts, engineering, operations, and program management.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems (APEX/PRISM/BW) or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand key business and financial drivers within contracts and translate trends into recommendations.
• Forecast, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate with leadership.
• Collaborate with team members to meet program goals and customer requirements.
• Provide cost/schedule/financial analysis and reporting using company tools.
• Develop quarterly EAC and LRE projections and maintain logs.
