Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a finance professional to lead financial management and oversight of a major LRAAM program within AES. You will partner with program management and functional teams to ensure cost and schedule control and EVMS compliance, while driving forecasts and strategic financial discussions.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and the ability to work onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance/related field with 8+ years in financial management/leadership
• Experience in Financial Planning and Program Controls
• Active and transferable DoD secret clearance required prior to start date
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations to senior team members based on analysis to add value for stakeholders
• Implement and maintain EVMS with policy standards to meet customer requirements
• Develop monthly forecasts, AOP & LRP with functional partners using SAP, BW, Excel
• Deliver flawless work products and provide financial strategies in proposals and contracts
• Lead and develop a team of 3–4 program control analysts
