Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst to support the Constellation Management and Control (CMC) portfolio on the MFO program. You will work with Program Management to deliver financial reporting, forecasts, and EAC, while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Power BI and SAP experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program management baseline, including BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.
• Generate internal cost and schedule performance reports for leadership and control accounts.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting requested by management.
• Prepare internal corporate reporting such as financial forecasting and Estimates at Complete (EAC).
