Raytheon is seeking a Program Cost Controls Professional to drive financial planning and cost control for the Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile program. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, forecasting, and data-driven decision making within a fast-paced defense environment.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in ERP systems, long-range planning, and performance metrics, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years in related field.
• Experience in matrix organizations (contracts, engineering, operations, program management, supply chain, quality).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP ERP (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar ERP system.
• Understanding of AOP and Long-Range Planning (LRP), program forecasting, metrics, and partnering with program team.

Responsibilities

• Understand key business and financial drivers for contract assignments and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Forecast, identify risks, and provide financial planning with independence.
• Collaborate with team members to meet contract, program, company, and customer goals.
• Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting using company tools and processes.
• Develop quarterly EAC and LRE estimates and maintain program logs.
