Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead capture efforts for U.S. and international opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams across business areas and engaging senior decision-makers.

The role requires strong relationship skills and the ability to shape and win competitive opportunities. You will drive strategy development, customer analysis, and competitor assessments, while coordinating executive communications and events.

Qualifications

• Experience as a prime spokesperson at the ministerial and senior levels, especially internationally.
• Experience developing new business strategies independently for emerging customers.
• Experience leveraging cross-functional organizations to support capture strategy.
• Experience organizing and presenting data to senior/executive management.
• Travel several times monthly required.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts or task orders.
• Coordinate and direct cross-functional teams for pursuit activities.
• Engage with U.S. government and international customers to communicate strategies and plans.
• Develop position-to-win strategies, customer analyses, and competitive assessments.
