• Lead capture strategy development and win-theme crafting for Army and Navy opportunities.
• Oversee technical and cost proposal development with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions.
• Direct interdisciplinary capture teams and staffing aligned to opportunity needs and customer expectations.
• Develop customer engagement plans and shape procurement approaches with key federal customers.
• Lead gate reviews, pricing reviews, and continuous optimization of capture processes.
