Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager II to grow CAE’s Defense and Security military training opportunities across assigned portfolios. You will identify opportunities, engage government customers, and shape winning solutions.

You’ll work with capture, engineering, strategy, finance, contracts, and proposals to secure competitive advantage. You will translate customer priorities into actionable growth plans, manage key relationships, and help lead opportunities through gate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2–3 years in business development, capture management, program management, military operations, or defense industry.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and advance defense opportunities within government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develops growth plans within assigned customer portfolios and pursues new opportunities.
• Engages government and industry stakeholders to position CAE’s solutions for future business.
• Provides market, budget, and competitive intelligence to support capture and proposal activities.
• Collaborates with multi-functional teams to create differentiating value propositions.
• Keeps pipeline up to date and communicates risks and actions to leadership.
