Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager II to drive new business growth within the Defense and Security Military Training and Simulation portfolio.

The role identifies opportunities, builds relationships with government customers and industry partners, and shapes solutions aligned with customer priorities. Collaborating with capture, program, engineering, strategy, finance, contracts, and other teams, you will develop growth plans, business cases, and customer engagement strategies,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and advance business opportunities within defense or government contracting.
• Strong written and oral communication with customers, partners, and leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the year or as required to support customers and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new business opportunities aligned with CAE’s growth objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government customers, military leaders, acquisition organizations, and industry partners.
• Develop customer engagement plans, opportunity assessments, and action plans to position CAE for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with capture, program, engineering, strategy, finance, contracts, marketing, and other teams to develop responsive solutions.
• Support proposal content reviews, gate reviews, and pipeline updates.
