Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in a related industrial sales and marketing capacity, including precision production machining and engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent.

• Maintain productive relationships with personnel in key customer accounts.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to meet account objectives.
• Coordinate initiatives across multiple sites, including pricing and product development.
• Work with the commercial sales team to ensure customer success and forecasting.
• Develop strategic account plans to meet company and customer objectives.
• Meet or exceed targets for profitable sales volume.
