ASM Research, Inc. is seeking a DCEU Collections Specialist to manage collections on the existing client base, reduce delinquency, and monitor payment plans to ensure timely settlements.

You will analyze payment patterns and escalate unresolved cases when appropriate. You will review open accounts, make outbound collection calls, document actions, and coordinate with management on delinquencies while preserving professional relationships with debtors.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Experience in reviewing accounts for collection and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Review open accounts for collection efforts.
• Make outbound collection calls professionally while maintaining customer relations.
• Monitor customer payments according to payment plan due dates.
• Identify issues causing payment plan defaults and discuss with management before escalation.
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and collection reports.
• Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
• Send correspondence to debtors to encourage payment of outstanding balances.
