Job summary

PJ Trailers Inc. is seeking a Dealer Sales Representative to grow sales with existing dealers and recruit new ones across the Texas market.

You will work closely with dealers, provide ongoing service, and act as a trusted advisor to expand share of wallet while promoting our Pro Grade hauling solutions. You will develop pipelines, forecast performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Proven track record of sales growth and customer acquisition.
• Experience in product training and customer education.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, CRM and ERP.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with dealer principals and representatives to ensure exceptional customer experience and expand sales within accounts.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Ensure excellent end-to-end order fulfillment and customer service.
• Train customers on product features and usage, and compare to competing brands.
• Travel as needed to support dealers and market coverage.
