Job summary

Brandt Industries USA Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Sales - Trailers to lead sales growth for Heavy Haul and Utility Trailers in the US.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers, Specialists and Product Support to maximize market share and profitability. We look for 5–10 years in trailer sales, strong dealer relationships, and a strategic mindset to drive a 5-year growth plan across the dealer network.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales and/or product or technical support knowledge in trailer sales.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook or equivalent.
• Must have a valid passport and travel internationally, primarily to Canada.
• Strong working knowledge of Heavy Haul and Utility Trailers.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Knowledge/relationships with US trailer dealers is a plus.
• Ability to coach and develop Brandt Sales Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brandt Sales Strategy, dealer development and recruitment for Heavy Haul and Utility Trailers.
• Ensure dealers can provide product support for BrandtTrailer line.
• Collaborate on plans to grow Brandt sales with dealers.
• Provide product, application and industry knowledge to the sales team.
• Deliver ongoing local product knowledge and training for regional teams.
• Support US product launches and dealer growth strategies for the next 5 years.
• Coordinate with agricultural and construction dealer networks to drive trailer sales.
• Track competitor pricing and market activity.
• Provide market intelligence to shape pricing and marketing strategies.
• Identify opportunities for attachment product development and profitability.
