Job summary

Big Tex Trailer Manufacturing LLC seeks a Dealer Sales Representative to grow sales by expanding and retaining dealer networks, while acquiring new dealers in assigned territories. You will maintain a robust pipeline, ensure top-tier customer service, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

The role requires 10+ years in sales/customer service, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Proven track record of sales growth and customer acquisition.
• Experience in product training and customer education.
• Relevant product and/or industry and channel expertise.
• Preferred account management experience in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with assigned dealer principals and representatives to ensure exceptional customer experience and sales expansion through retention and growth.
• Solicit and develop new dealers in available territories.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance to targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and end-to-end order fulfillment.
• Monitor customer activity and inventory movement, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
• Maintain CRM touchpoints and log activities.
• Own relationships and meet account-specific goals for strategic accounts, including travel to their location and hosting dealers at company locations.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with top tier dealers.
• Gather market intelligence to guide pricing, programs, and product enhancements.
• Train customers on product features, usage, benefits, and comparisons to competitors.
• Leverage ERP, CRM & BI tools to drive sales activity effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth and customer experience goals.
