Job summary

Brandt Industries USA Ltd. seeks a dynamic Director of Sales - Trailers to lead the sales strategy for Heavy Haul and Utility Trailers in the US. You will work with Territory Managers, Sales Specialists and Product Support to maximize sales, market share, and profitability.

You will coach the sales team, coordinate dealer development, and drive product launches and training across the network, with significant travel across the US and occasional international travel to Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and/or product or technical support knowledge in trailer sales or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Heavy Haul and Utility Trailers.
• Willingness to travel internationally, including Canada.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brandt sales strategy and dealer development for Heavy Haul and Utility Trailer products.
• Ensure dealers can provide strong product support for Brandt trailer lines.
• Collaborate with US Sales Director and Territory Managers to grow sales through dealers.
• Provide product, application, and market knowledge to drive growth and profitability.
• Coordinate training on product knowledge for regional and dealer teams.
• Support the launch of new trailer products and dealer growth strategies for the next 5 years.
• Travel extensively across the US to support dealer contacts and customers.
