Job summary

Skiguard USA is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Business Development & Sales Manager to expand our dealer network and drive growth across North America. You will own the sales process from prospecting to onboarding, nurture existing partnerships, and attend automotive events to generate opportunities.

This hands-on role rewards achievement with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. The position starts at 20-24 hours per week with potential to go full-time, based in Lafayette, CO,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to prospect, make calls, and pursue new business.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
• Experience with automotive dealerships or premium brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with new automotive dealerships, specialty retailers, and potential partners.
• Own the sales process from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing account development.
• Grow sales with existing dealers through regular communication, training, follow-up, and support.
• Attend automotive events to generate awareness and sales opportunities.
• Develop regional sales strategies and track prospects, dealer performance, and activity.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting.
