Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Deal Desk professional in Mountain View to partner with Sales and Finance on complex deals and revenue compliance. The role supports pricing, product configuration, and cross‑functional approvals in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will drive deal optimization and strategic positioning while collaborating across Legal, Finance, and Sales to streamline order contracts and revenue recognition policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 2+ years in sales operations, deal desk, or related.
• MBA is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Act as a business partner to Sales and Finance for complex deals.
• Maintain AMER Deal Desk support framework.
• Enforce approvals for non-standard deals across teams.
• Advise sales on pricing, product configuration, and terms.
• Execute deal optimization and strategic positioning initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-departmental approvals.
• Provide consistent support to the sales organization.
• Develop long-term Deal Desk initiatives.
