Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Deal Desk professional to partner with Sales and Finance on complex deals, ensuring revenue and financial compliance. The role supports the AMER region, collaborates with Sales, Legal, and Revenue, and helps optimize deal processes.

You will drive quotes-to-cash workflows, due diligence, and enhancements to existing offerings, while building IT requirements and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in sales operations, channel operations, deal desk, contract administration or related.
• MBA a plus, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Act as a business partner to Sales and Finance for complex deals with financial and revenue compliance.
• Execute against and maintain AMER geographic Deal Desk support framework.
• Enforce and manage approvals for non-standard deals across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Advise sales executives on pricing, configuration, and business terms.
• Coordinate cross-departmental approvals outside standard workflows.
• Maintain templates for non-standard deals and ensure revenue recognition policies.
