Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Deal Review Consultant to partner with the Americas Enterprise Sales team, Finance, Legal and more. This role focuses on Falcon Flex deal structures, ensures revenue policy compliance and enables scalable deal execution across the Americas region.

You will analyze terms, support activations, renewals and non-standard transactions, and contribute to process improvements in Salesforce CPQ while leveraging AI to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or commercial management within a SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of subscription billing models, SaaS economics, and ARR concepts.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms; strong spreadsheet-based financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Strong analytical abilities, commercial judgment, and proactive problem-solving for deal roadblocks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for summarizing complex deal details for leadership.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core resource for Falcon Flex, guiding regional account teams on deal structure, policy compliance, economics, and governance.
• Facilitate the Falcon Flex deal lifecycle across the Americas Enterprise segment.
• Review and process end-to-end Falcon Flex deal requests and manage approval workflows.
• Coordinate daily with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliance partners, and regional field teams.
• Guide non-standard deal terms through cross-functional review and approval channels.
• Conduct financial modeling and business analysis to evaluate terms, margins, and operational considerations.
• Communicate deal status, risks, and recommendations to regional sales managers and leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops to identify bottlenecks and drive Salesforce CPQ enhancements.
