Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is hiring a Deal Review Consultant to support the Americas Enterprise Sales team, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders. You will guide Falcon Flex deal structures, ensure revenue policy compliance, and enable scalable deal execution.

With 6+ years in SaaS deal desks or related roles, you will model terms, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive ARR growth across the Americas region using AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or commercial management in SaaS.
• Solid understanding of subscription billing models, SaaS economics, and ARR concepts.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and CPQ; advanced spreadsheet modeling.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deal Advisory: guide Falcon Flex deal structure, policy compliance, and governance.
• Lifecycle Management: support acquisitions, activations, expansions, renewals in Americas.
• Approvals & Governance: manage end-to-end deal requests with compliance guardrails.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and Alliances.
• Non-Standard Transactions: steer terms through cross-functional review channels.
• Financial Modeling: analyze terms, margins, and operational impact.
• Stakeholder Communication: report deal status, risks, and recommendations.
• Process Execution & Improvement: enhance Salesforce CPQ processes and systems.
