CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Deal Review Consultant to support the Americas Enterprise Sales team, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or commercial management within a SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of subscription billing models, SaaS economics, and ARR concepts.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms; strong proficiency in spreadsheet-based financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional peers in Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Strong analytical abilities, sound commercial judgment, and a proactive approach to resolving deal roadblocks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex deal details for sales leadership.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deal Advisory: guide regional account teams on Falcon Flex deal structure, policy compliance, and governance.
• Lifecycle Management: support new acquisitions, activations, expansions, and renewals across the Americas Enterprise segment.
• Approvals & Governance: review end-to-end Falcon Flex deal requests and manage approval workflows.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliance partners and regional field teams.
• Non-Standard Transactions: guide terms through cross-functional review and approvals.
• Financial Modeling: perform financial modeling to evaluate terms, margins and operational impacts.
• Stakeholder Communication: clearly track deal status, risks and recommendations to regional sales managers.
• Process Improvement: partner with Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops to optimize Salesforce CPQ processes.
