Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Deal Review Consultant to support the Americas Enterprise Sales team, Finance, and Legal in Falcon Flex deal structures. You will guide deal structure, policy compliance, and governance while enabling scalable execution.

The consultant will play an active role in driving CrowdStrike ARR growth and supporting the maturity of the Falcon Flex program across the Americas region. The role involves cross-functional coordination with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or commercial management within a SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of subscription billing models, SaaS economics, and ARR concepts.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms; strong proficiency in spreadsheet-based financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional peers in Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Strong analytical abilities, sound commercial judgment, and a proactive approach to resolving deal roadblocks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex deal details for sales leadership.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deal Advisory: Guide Falcon Flex deal structure, policy compliance, economics, and governance.
• Lifecycle Management: Support deal lifecycle from new acquisitions to renewals across the Americas Enterprise segment.
• Approvals & Governance: Manage end-to-end deal requests and ensure alignment with compliance guardrails.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and partners to drive deal execution.
• Non-Standard Transactions: Guide non-standard deal terms through cross-functional review channels.
• Financial Modeling: Conduct modeling to evaluate terms, margins, and operational considerations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Track and communicate deal status, risks, and recommendations to leaders.
• Process Execution & Improvement: Identify friction points and participate in Salesforce CPQ enhancements.
