Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience and at least 2 years in leadership roles.
• Progressive experience in data governance, MDM, analytics engineering, or data product ownership.
• Hands-on experience governing master data domains with an MDM platform and ERP integrations.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and semantic modeling; some SQL is a plus.
• Understanding AI/agent-based data usage and evaluating AI-generated outputs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and impacts, with attention to detail.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple operating companies without formal authority.

• Curate reusable data products and semantic models, ensuring discoverability and contracts.
