Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Product & Governance Lead to own business definitions, master data, and reusable data products across Centuri’s enterprise.

You will set standards, govern data domains, and drive adoption of shared data patterns while partnering with business data owners and technology teams. You will govern the MDM platform, define guardrails, validate changes, and extend governance to AI outputs, ensuring trusted data across Centuri’s operating companies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience and 2 years of leadership in data governance or data product ownership.
• Experience governing master data domains and working with an MDM platform and connected ERP systems.
• Practical experience with a modern cloud data platform and semantic modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Own canonical business definitions and data models used across master data, semantic models, reporting, and AI solutions.
• Govern master data domains and the Master Data Management platform; define scope, matching, merge, and survivorship rules.
• Build and lead a data stewardship network across operating companies; define standards, rules, naming conventions, and workflows.
• Define business rules and guardrails for data products, automations, and AI agents.
• Own risk and validation practice for the data platform and AI outputs; ensure accuracy of changes.
• Curate reusable data products and semantic models for human and AI consumers; manage catalog and contracts.
• Drive adoption of standardized data products and measure adoption as a success metric.
• Maintain documentation, lineage, controls, and metrics for auditability and continuity.
