Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in data center thermal management or related HVAC solutions.
• Deep knowledge of data center cooling architectures and liquid-to-chip/air cooling.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end sales cycles with hyperscale, Colo, AI infra, EPCs, or major integrators.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams to close complex enterprise projects.
• Full professional English proficiency with willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales lifecycle and business development for targeted overseas data center accounts.
• Drive market adoption of advanced thermal management products with key clients.
• Match client requirements to tailored thermal architectures and solutions.
• Own commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract execution from discovery to fulfillment.
• Coordinate internal engineering, product, legal, sales, and delivery teams for flawless delivery.
• Build executive relationships to unlock expansion and multi-category cross-selling.
