Job summary

Midea America Corp. in the United States is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive strategic sales with hyperscalers and data-center customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and tailor cooling solutions to complex projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of data center cooling architectures and strong negotiation skills, with travel as needed to support global accounts. You will report to the leadership in Dallas and help expand Midea's enterprise footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in related fields.
• 5+ years sales in data center or HVAC sectors.
• Experience with Hyperscaler, Colo, AI Infra, EPC, or large integrators.
• Familiar with data center refrigeration architecture and high-density cooling.
• Strong client development, negotiation, and project execution skills.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, technical, delivery, and legal teams.
• English working language; overseas travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate key overseas data center client relationships to meet sales targets.
• Engage Hyperscaler, Colo, AI infra and ecosystem customers with integrated cooling solutions.
• Understand refrigeration architecture, power density, liquid/air cooling, energy efficiency.
• Lead business advancement, price negotiations, contracts, and order execution.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive renewals and multi-category sales.
• Build customer maps and track market trends to expand platform opportunities.
