Job summary

Midea America Corp. is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive overseas data center accounts and expand our thermal management solutions footprint in North America.

You will lead negotiations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and pursue expansion across hyperscale, colo, and AI infrastructure projects. The role requires deep domain knowledge of data center cooling and a proven track record in end-to-end sales cycles with major system integrators and EPCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HVAC, Refrigeration, Energy/Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of direct sales experience within data center thermal management, high-efficiency HVAC, liquid cooling, or central cooling plant solutions.
• Strong understanding of data center cooling architectures, high-density compute requirements, liquid cooling CDUs, air-to-liquid scenarios, and precision air conditioning.
• Proven background managing end-to-end sales cycles with Hyperscale, Colo, AI Infra, EPC, or major system integrator accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional engineering, operations, and leadership teams to close complex enterprise projects.
• Global readiness with full professional English fluency; willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales lifecycle and business development for targeted overseas data center accounts.
• Drive market adoption of advanced thermal management products across Hyperscale, Colo, and AI infrastructure clients.
• Deeply understand client requirements to position tailored thermal architectures.
• Own end-to-end commercial negotiations, contracts, pricing, and order fulfillment.
• Orchestrate internal teams to ensure flawless execution on key projects.
• Build long-term executive relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Aggregate pipeline data and market trends to shape regional expansion strategies.
