Job summary

Google is seeking a Data Center Site Negotiator to identify locations, establish agreements, and build relationships with landowners, energy providers, and government officials. You will lead discussions on purchase and service agreements, manage complex compliance issues, and influence site/infrastructure strategy.

You'll work across teams to secure cost-effective solutions, oversee vendor relationships, and present recommendations to Google leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.
6+ years in real estate development, evaluation, acquisition, and site selection for industrial-scale data center projects.

Responsibilities

Work with internal and external teams to identify and pursue new data center site expansion projects.
Monitor progress, report on objectives, and advocate financial metrics for portfolio decisions.
Manage growth strategies for existing regions and sites.
Develop metrics for mapping and tracking portfolio development issues.
Foster an open, collaborative workplace in day-to-day interactions.
